What a fantastic looking vintage, 1969 Light Craft Of California Brass Octagon Color Glass Swag Lamp!
LOVE the ornate design of the body and the beautiful colored glass insert panels in purple, blue and gold. Very gypsy/bohemian look!
Signed "Lightcraft of California" and dated "1969" on the body, there are a few chips to the edges of the glass when they are removed (pictured for you). When they are in the body of the lamp, they are not visible and there are no cracks in the glass.
This is the original cord and the lamp plus in to turn on with no switch. The cord is also short, measuring only 4.5' long, so it could be easily converted into a fixture or could be re-wired with a long cord with a switch. This lamp is very unique in that it will also stand on its own as pictured.
While the body of the lamp is brass, the very top and bottom are metal, painted a brass color and it is chipping.
This lamp looks just beautiful when lit.
Measures 21" tall and 10" across.
