1884-1902 BC Milam and Sons Vintage Handmade Baitcaster Reel Frankfort, KY. Shipped with USPS First Class. An Authentic B.C. Milam Antique reel from the period some time after Milam and Meek separated business. As an apprentice to a watchmaker, the Milam Reels still hold quality rivaling even many modern reels.This Reel comes from a period after 1890 when BC Milam has established himself as a name-stay whose quality can rival that of the Meek and Sons reels. It also features a rare mis...print! On this reel, which should be printed "No. 3" instead appears to have another character printed over the original 3 intended. This reel has period appropriate parts, the handle is a 1910 Shakespeare handle and is being held by a Talbot premier screw. All other parts are original.
