This is a vintage 1965 Kay Sam 18-1/2" baby doll #4476. Her hair needs to be brushed. Her hands and face are in great shape and her neck is marked 1965 Kay Sam 4476. You can bend her arms and legs the shape you want. Her eyes open and close when you move her. She also has a cute little smirk.
