From the estate of Allen Kelley's widow. Kelley was a member of the 1952 KU basketball world championship team plus the US Olympic team. In the mid 1950s he played for the Peoria Cats or Diesels, a AAU team sponsored by CATERPILLAR( bulldozers, earth movers). This is his vintage hooded warm-up jacket by Rawlings in size 40. Item is made of wool, is quite heavy and has a 3/4 length zipper.
Item does have some condition issues. There is some minor insect damage spor...adically throughout but no serious holes. Some fading to shoulders and sleeves. The zippered hood still works and satin lining is pretty nice; there was a felt bulldozer sewn into hood but is mostly missing. There was also another felt bulldozer on the outside over PEORIA but is also missing but you see the stitch outline. See photos for more details.
