If you look up the model number you can find more information on this watch. I have not worn it in years, so the time is not set. It runs on Kinetic energy instead of battery or windup and I am not sure how to reset it. I guess you need to keep moving with it on. This is what I have on it. You can purchase an automatic winder to keep moving. It does work as the time has been moving it just isn't accurate time and I don't want to mess with it.
