brand new - but listed as 'used' as there are flaws - and never painted Wee Crafts village Express 3 pc train set with paints (most are dried out - remainder are not dried out...also a container of dried out glaze), original box directions and a paint brush. Opened just now to examine contents - nothing broken but there are flaws : (1) on the 'tender coal car' on the one side you can see in my close up pix that it didn't come out of the mold cleanly - there is a bit of missing gy...psum along the horizontal edge where I am pointing w/ my pencil - just the one side and not the other (2) the passenger car has a curve on the bottom outside edge you can pick this up in the 2 or 3 pix i have of this- again just one side and not the other. Also a bit of residue on top of the engine So, flaws but they're not that terrible and they are only on one side. Nice project. No refunds- sold as is unless of course it gets lost or damaged in transit.
