I would rate it at 4 for the looks on a scale from 1 to 10. It looks bad, It is missing handle on top, it is badly bent on the bottom. But it is still intact. Lid opens and closes , even though it is tight. It will be mailed as pictured, without any accessories. Box has some damage, I see some scratches, rust spots etc.
