Stunning Large Antique 18th Century Continental Solid Silver Belt Buckle
This stunning belt buckle was hand made around the 1750s in Central Europe and features a beautiful ornate design. It used to fit a belt 2 3/8" wide and was probably worn by a person of high social status since regular people could not afford Silver items of this size and quality.
This ornate antique piece measures 4 2/8" long x 2 5/8" wide and weighs 27.8 grams. The piece carries no visible hallmarks b...ut tested for Silver (.800 - .900).
