For sale is this rare old pre columbian bowl or dish that was found in Central America in the 1950-60’s. It is made of a clay based pottery with some red paint on it that was most likely made with vegetable dyes. It is a small pot that likely had a practical use. I bought a collection of 3 found within a 2-3 acre area. They were used in a little museum for a few years of their life and worked their ways through private collections until they made it to me! They were found with other ...artifacts but I am only fortunate enough to have these three pieces. This listing is for the one piece that you see in the photo. The paint on this one is in a neat design!
It is guaranteed authentic. Estimated to be from 1000-1400 AD. This is a beautiful work of art, fascinating Antiquity (artifact), and perfect conversation/display piece!! Fits in any collection!
