Excellent condition, structurallyCosmetically, it has the normal rubs, dings, scratches, and areas associated with household use. We never find Tavern Pine without cosmetic wear due to the soft nature of pine wood. The most wear is on... the top and the front edge. The last picture shows a dent on the top ledge. The picture with the Ethan Allen label show scratches on the top which are visible when close up.
Shipment is not included.
Local pick up. The buyer or their shipper picks up in Sargent, Nebraska 68874. Buyer pays their shipper for preparing, packing and shipping if they are unable to pick up.

We offer extended hours for pickup 6AM to 10PM but we need 24 hours notice in advance of pickup. We have a huge parking lot, ground level access.
