This vintage American World War 2 victory brooch is made of chromed steel (fairly heavy) with painted red, white, and blue enamel in grooves along the 'V' for Victory. The safety clasp pin is embedded in the back (not glued on). This piece is unique for the three dot and single dash motif that means 'v' or 'victor' in Morse code that runs along the bottom of the V. It measures 2 1/8" high x 1 1/2" wide x 3/8" thick (not including pin).
