This is a beautifully made SMC Washington D.C. Souvenir lighter with beautiful badge on the front that depicts the U.S. Capitol Building. The lighter is in good condition overall, it shows very minor wear, no dents and no serious scratches (see photos). The lighter is a silver matte finish and the engraving on the badge looks as good as the coins that we use.
The lighter has no flint and I am not sure that the flint wheel is turning now; there is no fluid in... it and we did not introduce any into it for shipping purposes, but it appears that the lighter will work as expected with some flint and fluid added and maybe a little lube on the wheel. The wick appears to have been burnt maybe once or twice but no more.
