Vintage camera tripod. Leather case is marked ISING Bergneustad Germany. Tripod is marked Excelsior Super-Automatic. Has locking ball type head, rubber feet, and adjustable legs. Legs are 8.5" when at their smallest and extend to 43.5" at their max. Good condition for their age, not damaged. Legs opens and close nicely, not bent, could probably be polished out and cleaned up nicely.
