Hand-woven silk brocade and gold leaf paper thread. Gold floral motifs and cloud bands on a blue background. Late 19th century, China. Size: ~27" x 150" (~69 x 381 cm.) Good example of an unusual hand loomed Chinese brocade. GREAT GIFT The textile is in fairly good condition along most of its length.
