One of the very best! This wonderful textile is an antique French curtain made of the most wonderful printed fabric! This textile dates c 1900 . The printed fabric has the most stunning bird, dragonfly , floral design with wonderful chinoiserie influence. This textile is backed in a pale blue cotton fabric. There are some of the original wooden rings at the top for hanging. I simply ADORE this curtain. The ground is aged, givin...g that fabulous time-touched look that only time can offer. The printed fabric is a medium weight cotton and linen blend. This textile would be stunning hung or deconstructed for use in light upholstery, pillows or fabulous for design inspiration ~*~ ~*~( PR 20)
MEASUREMENTS : ~This wonderful piece measures : 59 inches wide at the bottom by 119 inches long ~
CONDITION : This lovely piece is in as found, not freshly laundered condition with light storage dust. There are some small marks that I'm sure won't wash. It has a lovely warm patina from age ~ a gorgeous textile! ~*~
