Description: Here for auction is this exquisite pair of Italian porcelain urn form table or accent Lamps! The porcelain is bolted in three brass bound sections; base, body, and lid. The scenes feature frolicking winged cherubs in low relief. Some are playing musical instruments. Very nice porcelain artichoke finials appear original. They have all brass hardware, with fixed harps, push switch in the socket, and are mounted to a brass floral filigree base. They were not dis-a...ssembled to check for marks, but probably produced by Ginori or similar company. Antique, produced right around 1900.They come with two extraordinary antique custom silk brocade and lace shades! Condition: The lamps have no chips, cracks or repairs. Just lightly soiled. One shade has a deteriorated interior lining, and is probably worth restoring. Otherwise, they is good condition. Please view all of the images, as they are part of this description. Dimensions: approx. overall 20 1/2" to the top of the finial. The urn forms are approx. 8" high. The shades are approx 12" in diameter.
