Antique 1887 - 94 York Standard Watch Co. Pocket Watch 060130 W/Hunter Case
Item History & Price
New York Standard Watch Co. Pocket Watch
Oh this is a beautiful pocket watch case! The case is approximately 42mm and made by Philadelphia Watch Case Co. #4451064. The case cover, front and back, has the most beautiful engraved design. The dial is a shiny plastic and very white and clean. The crystal doesn't have a scratch on it. The hands are blued and so beautiful. It is really a nice watch. I am including a video of the working movement (Scroll past the description... list for video). As you can see in the video it was working just fine and that is what this watch does, it works grand for a while and then stops. Sometimes all you have to do is move it and it starts again. I have included the information below from the American Horology Archive. Please view all photos - this will aid in making an informed decision before bidding or purchasing.

On Nov-01-20 at 15:20:03 PST, seller added the following information: I failed to add information about the case meatal. When the case is tested with the AuRACLE AGT3 I get readings of 12K to 14K and the outside case rim reads "not gold", so I am assuming it is 14K gold filled or plated. I don't want to scratch it to test further.
