The graphic on this tag is identical to the personal Flag of the Assistant Secretary of the US Army. This item is 100% all original. I have not even attempted to clean it. At one time I had both of these plates, front and rear. A total of ten license plates exist for this era, as there are five Assistant Secretaries of the Army, each assigned to a separate office of administration.Size is 9 inches long by 6 inches high. There are no mounting holes on these tags because they were design...ed to slide into a frame attached to the vehicle.
