Condition is Used, it has been fired.. . and has signs of wear, some scratches (Image shown is of another such lighter I have found online, I just could not get a decent picture of the one being offered).
When I first found it, I thought the (dis) coloration was from age and use, but looking at images online, it was issued that way.
