Antique Solid Silver Epergne Table Centre Vase Hallmark 1919 Birmingham H&H 7.5"
Lovely Antique Solid Silver Edwardian style Epergne Table Centre Vase with Central Fluted Vase and 3 removable smaller surrounding flutes, a lovely delicate dainty piece - with an English Hallmark Assayed in Birmingham in 1919 by the maker Harrison & Hipwood (for more about the maker see below) on the base of the vase, which is faded - all 3 of the side flutes also have a faded lion passan...t hallmark as well- the Epergne stands 7.5" tall with a weighted base covered on the underside with green baize to avoid scratches to table surfaces this is a very charming antique piece to grace any table or sideboard - there is a small area of dings around the side of the central flute, perhaps squeezed a little during cleaning over the years, the shape of it has not been affected, there is a little tarnish to clean but overall a lovely piece -please check photographs which form part of the description and do help - good value delightful Sterling Silver Epergne over 100 years old - don't miss it!
