Antique Sterling Silver Parmesan Cheese Cellar and Spoon with Boar's Head Mark .  Please see all markings on the cheese cellar and spoon.  Weight for both items is approximately 5.34 ounces or 151.4 grams. 
This was tucked in the back of a cupboard for many years.  I have made an initial pass at polishing it but it could certainly use more.  Some very light scratching that one would expect with use appears on the exterior of the cheese cellar. More apparent ...scratching appears inside the cover (see photo).
