Vintage 15” Rushton ? Rubber Face Duck Stuffed Plush 1950s

The piece is in good condition. It does have wear and soiling. The tag is missing - I believe this is Rushton - it appears to have the same body style and feet, but I am not an expert on Rushton. The top hat and bow tie may have been added later - the hat is lightly glued on. Please see the pictures.
