This is a 1970s vintage advertising brochure, "Southern California Cycling Association Presents Bicycle Racing - June 18, 1977" at the Encino Velodrome located at Oxnard & Louise Streets in Encino, California, measures 5 1/2" x 8 1/2", 4 pages, and is complete. Condition: There is a dent/indentation in the lower right (affects all pages), back cover has a tiny mark on the left side resembling a tear (but it's not), and the front cover has light discoloration on the ...left edge.
