This is a Rare Vintage Cast Bronze Plaque from a Decommissioned Bridge in Outagamie County, Wisconsin. The condition is "Used", "salvaged". Year is unknown. This plaque was discovered in a dumping area. It remains virtually uncleaned, except for the very outside edge, which was cleaned to identify the metal used, with water and a nylon scrubber. Item DOES appear to be easily restored to any desired level of polish/cleaning that the buyer wishes, FROM HEAVY PATINA TO BRIGHT. The back si...de still has the fiber matting used to attach the plaque to the previous cement foundation. Please refer to the pictures showing the actual condition that you will receive this item in. - The "B" denotes that the plaque was used in a bridge construction. The first two numbers, "44", identifies the county that the bridge was in (Outagamie). Shipping cost is $15.50, due to the weight of the bronze, and that is for USPS with tracking and insurance.
