This is a vintage Webster Type 2 Magneto with a mounting bracket. It is missing a spring and the shaft on the mounting bracket is seized. The magneto is not seized. This will need a good cleaning and will need to be restored. I have no idea what this fits so you must know if this is what you can use. Selling as-is. I did not do any cleaning on this item.
