INFO.THAT CAME WITH ITEM WHEN ADDED TO OUR MUSEUM: “ This is a very old pair ofIroquois beaded moccasins , these moccasins date to between 1890 and1910. These moccasins really belong in a museum , I've had them formany years and they have always been stored away. When you look at thepictures you will see bead loss and a lot of ware (sic) due to their age butthey still show well. These moccasins measure 10 " in length and show most of the ...ware around the edges of the moccasins. Moccasinsare not my area of expertise so please look at all the pictures , the Iroquoisare famous for their flower like beading on the front uppers of themoccasins. The blue overhangs are French velvet over the buckskin andbead work. Because of their age the moccasins are being sold "asis".“ Pleasesee photos for more description and condition.
