Up for your consideration isa: Vintage 1958 Zippo Lighter (slim). This lighter has the U.S.S.FORRESTAL CVA 59 engraved-painted on it (some paint loss). Used in good overallcondition and does NOT have any dents. Original Insert! The photos provided showcondition very clearly. We have also added a photo from the Zippo Date CodeBook, showing that in 1958 the “slim” lighters had both 4 left and 4 right dotsAND 4 left and 3 right dots. Presumably this lighter is a late product...ion of1958 and has 4 left and 3 right dots. The right two coulombs in thechart shown refer to the “Slim” models. Also notice the “FLAT” bottom.
