The piece is likely French, and the plaque measures 3.75" x 3.40", and the outer dimensions of the frame are 4.75" x 4.25". The plaque is in perfect condition, free of scratches, crazing, or wear to the paint. The frame has various losses to the perimeter (as shown). Please note, the first two photos are the most accurate, the latter ones are somewhat blurry.
