It is expired in 2011 and no longer for use on a vehicle. This is a USED p...late and has the usual scuffs associated with a used plate. IT IS OLDER THAN 3 YEARS IN COMPLIANCE WITH EBAY POLICY. If you want it faster, it will cost more but I can do it if you ask. I also use FEDEX GROUND and USPS MEDIA MAIL when appropriate, their time in transits are the same as USPS PARCEL POST.
