Antique Miniature Painting Lady Portrait Hand Painted In A Silver 800 Frame

You are bidding on an antique miniature work of art inserted in a lovely silver 800 frame which keeps vertical thanks to the little granite rectangular base.
Unsure about age and origin. I did not extract it from the frame to examine it further. Very antique indeed. Do not know which technique was employed. If you could add some further info to improve my description would be highly appreciated.
No v...isible signature.
As observed her arm and the lower right corner seems to be dirty. I do not know to be honest if the glass is dirty from the inside or if its the actual painting which is slightly damaged. I tried but was unsuccesful to open the frame to be able to check this, sorry.
Even after adjusting the screws as much as possible, the frame has a slight movement which I do not know how to stop. It is not totally firm.
