Antique Czech jeweled nail buffer.....with one obvious flaw.......looks like the top knob/holder has been glued orre-glued in place....it holds quite well....and what you cannot see is that the buffer itself is slightly loose from the top although it is riveted in place....the top is also not quite straight.......look, the piece is quite old, very unusual andreally a great addition to any vanity collection......all stones are in place and appear original.......no maker's mark.Thank you... for looking.
