This charming little oil on beveled mahogany panel from the middle 1800's measures just 6" x 4 3/4" and depicts 2 men smoking at a rustic table near a wall of leaded glass windows. It is painted in the 17th century Dutch or Flemish manner with rich palette and delicate details and fine handling of light.
