Here we have a superb vintage "Killarney" B5 briar estate pipe in the bent 'bulldog' style, with a lovelygrain to the red-hue briar, crafted by master Irish pipe-maker K&P Peterson's.
It has been well smoked but remains in very good condition - light wear to the bowl rim - a few lightdings and scratches on the briar - and a few very light teethmarks on the stem.
There is a good layer of carbon in the chamber, and some on the bowl rim.The stem fixes v...ery securely to the shank, and air flows through the pipe freely.
Stamped on one side of the shank is "Peterson of Dublin" over "Killarney", with model number "B5"on the underside.The Peterson's "P" logo adorns the stem in white.
Thoroughly cleaned and ready to enjoy.Sold as seen.
