An antique English gold filled mourning lace pin, with an ornate border around a glass locket, holding a hair memento (easily removed). Inscribed to the reverse 'ML obt. 18 Sep. 1824 aged 54'. So collectible & wearable too!CONDITION: Slight signs of wear commensurate with age and use. Clasp an old replacement.DATE/MARKS: Around 1820's. Not marked.DIMENSIONS: 17 x 14 mm (1 inch = 25.4 mm).
