Auctions for a somewhat better quality split bamboo 3 piece 2 tip fly rod with its original bamboo tip holder and canvas sock. Note rods unmarked but could possibly be Orvis, Thomas or Edwards judging by the hardware. Also note the rod is missing a guide on the mid section and 1 tip is about 7 1/2” short! The seat is made of hardwood with aluminum hardware. Above the cork grip the hook holder appears rewrapped as well as a rewrap at the bottom guide on 1 side of the full... length tip. The ferrules are better quality nickel silver, male ferrules on the mid section is about 1/4” while the tip ferrules about 3/16”. Agate striper guides in nice condition.
