There was an older woman in charge of the Estate sale, in the middle of August she was wearing a short mink coat and fur hat, the interior of the house was freezing and the basement even more so, the woman told us whatever items we found in the basement area were sold as is and there might be "problems" with them, the original owner of the lot was a collector of the occult and paranormal and some of the items might be "haunted" or have bad repercussions associated with their presence o...r use. The findings we are selling here are for entertainment purpose only, they both have an overall bad feeling surrounding them, the sealed box has a habit of producing odd odors at times and will feel cold to the touch, we are selling it as is, it has some content in it that rattles around when the box is moved. The photo of a young girl with flowers has a very bad overall feel about it, as can be seen in photo she appears to have no arms because of the way she holds the flowers, photo is probably 1920s or earlier vintage, it has its old cardboard mat/frame attached, the photo and mat show age and storage wear and may produce acrid odors. Box measures about 9 1/2 inches wide, the top has thin brass decorative bands and the front area has wooden decorative handle. Please be aware these findings may have paranormal or occult activity attached to them(or not), so please do not purchase if you are disturbed by the paranormal.
