Vintage 60's - Modern Toy Tin Train - Battery Powered - Japan. It is in pretty decent used condition, it does show wear and tear from use and age. The battery compartment is clean, we tested it and the whistle blows loudly, the lights flash brightly and the mystery wheel spin all around, however, the big train wheels do not spin and also seem somewhat loose. So, you may need to do some type of repairs if you are buying it for use. Cleaned up and polished it would probably be a rea...lly nice display piece for a collector.
