Rare Vintage Black Americana PETER'S SHOES ADVERTISING HAND FAN From a Connecticut Estate Auction comes this Rare Vintage Black Americana ADVERTISING HAND FAN FROM PETERS' SHOES For Boys and Girls. As shown, the rear of this 7 1/2” diameter cardboard fan (13 1/2” including the attached stick) has several images of Black people shown in stereotypical racial depictions. The fan is in very good condition for its undetermined age but does have a repaired area ar...ound the ES in Shoes. I have recently purchased a significant collection of Black Americana and hope no one will take offense at these historically interesting and important items.
