You are bidding on the vintage toy shown. It is cast iron and in used condition. The paint is very good without flaking. The wheels, being solid plastic/rubber are old and showing age. They are cracking and losing their shape and one is off center. Also the middle spreader is gone as is the rubber piece that turns the spreaders. The front has a male attachment, unlike the others I see on Ebay. That makes me believe this is an older toy. I...t measures 10 inches long. Shipping is for the US. Foreign may cost more to ship.
