Rolf Opjordan fish decoys are very seldom seen and quite collectible. He worked with Cecil Blank who is also a well documented Minnesota maker. Opjordan cheater decoys are seldom seen. This example is 3" long and is painted gold and red with black accents. It is beautiful and original with normal light wear and some paint loss here and there. The
