Brown & Sharpe O.D. Micrometer 1-2 Inches Vintage In Very Good Condition. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.Please read description and view all photographs in its entirety before bidding or asking questions, thank you.Super nice condition and accurate vintage Brown & Sharpe for outside measurement of close tolerance machine work. These are a model 38 and their age is unknown but they are old. Please note that the gage blocks shown in the first two photos are... not included in this auction, they are only present to demonstrate the accuracy of the micrometer taking a measurement.Thimble is smooth in its movements back and forth the entire range of measurement. All graduations of the scale are in very good visual appearance and easy to read and decipher. These are American made in Providence Road Island. Manufacturing date unknown to me. For their age they are in excellent condition and would be great for the machinist or collector. The small ratcheting thimble on the very end is missing shown in the last photo, please view.
