Here's a Antique Folding Drawknife.I'm not a tool expert but will describe it the best I can.I believe it says C.E. Jennings. The C is a little hard to read. Also stamped on blade is Patented February 20. 1906.Has the number 6 stamped near right side of blade as well.Looks to have a 6" inch long blade edge. When handles are folded it measures 11 inches long.Looks all original except maybe one of the round dime size washers may have been replaced. One washer looks shinier and just a little ...thicker than the other.Blade edge looks pretty nice.I see no chips on edge.Front of blade has some small discoloration spots.Back of blade has 5 small rust spots. All are small only. Both handles have some cuts/chipping indentations caused by blade edge. Both handles must have rubbed against the blade while handles were folded.I see no handle cracks. When both handles are folded out and nut is tight. The right side handle is very tight. The left side handle has a little play at bottom when nut is tightened. When you tighten the nut the handle gets tight. But then if you push bottom of handle to the right the handle moves to the right approximatey 1/2 inch before it locks into place again. It's just a guess but it could possibly be the washer as the left side does have the thicker newer looking washer.I can see the washer turn a little when handle is pushed.I think a better washer may help make the handle stay nice and tight.A very nice lololkling tool.If buyer is not 100% satisfied I have a return for refund on all items I sell.
