Unit powers up and has meter movement. I don't know how well it is calibrated but, to perform a basic test, I setup a clean sine wave @ 1kHz to measure, then drove the signal to clipping. Distortion levels dramatically went up as a small amount of clipping was introduced. Unit sold as-is.
