This unit electrically turns on and all the features work but the miniDV tape will not fully eject and just cycles in an out when eject is pressed. The screen keep...s asking to eject the tape. This looks like it can be fixed by an experienced technician.
Unit is built solid with lots of features for the time.
The comes with all the original accessories including1. Remote controller2. Strap3. Docking unit4. LCD cover5. Two Li-ion battery packs (one of them appears to not charge properly)6. Dual Battery charger and power through unit7. DC power coupler8. MiniDV cassette (stuck in unit) and the cassette storage case9. Finder unit lens with cover and case10. Complete manual.
These units don’t appear to be available or for sale anywhere anymore and are rare to find. Buy to have as a collectors item and/or fix the tape issue and it could be a classic working digital camcorder.
