Beautiful, exquisite porcelain white with shades of a soft pink underneath and heavy gold trim & accents. This is a rare, very hard to find piece. I don't know who the maker is but there is the number 23/153 printed on the bottom of the base. There are no chips, cracks, scratches or stains noted but a fair amount of worn/rubbed off gold paint on the back of tray as can be seen in the photos. Measures approximately 5-1/4" x 7" on the tray by 4" across the base by 5" tall.
