Smiths Enfield Westminster Chiming Mantle Clock

I'm not expert but I oiled the oil sinks / wound it up and its been ticking and chiming away nicely for the past few hours - comes with pendulum and key.

Some cosmetic scuffs / scratches commensurate of age and use pictured.
