A nice fly rod to collect. The first eyelet on the top half of the pole has come loose on the top portion and will need a little repair, please take a look at pics. It comes in the case. The bad is that the pole was in the old nylon sleeve, and it seems that in our dry climate stored for years those old nylon pieces with backing decompose and smell horrible! I have thrown the sleeve out, but the case still has the odor. I will ship the rod in the case and perhaps you can get that smell... out, it isn’t from anything gross, just that fabric.
