Here we have a beautiful JC Higgins 537-3103 with this beautifuly engraved side plates nick named (The 7 Fish) for the 7 different types of fish engraved on the tail plate. vintage bait casting reel , a very sought after reel for collectors. This reel is in Excellent+ condition, for it's age. It would be hard to find a nicer example, clicker works excellent, reel runs smooth and spins like a top any collector will be happy to add this one their collection or spool this one up and put i...t on your favorite rod and go hook that big bass. This reel is super hard to find in this condition as the aluminum side plates never stood the test of time ( this one did) very nice example and very solid. This reel has been completly gone threw and runs like new. Looks close to new as well 9/10 close as you will find .
