Well, well, what have we here? Upfor bid is this charming ornament from the Franklin Mint, commemorating the Cincinnati Bengals in 2004 with a Victory Balloon. The ornaments measures about 4-1/2" long, with the largest width measuring about 3". The ornament comes to you in its original packaging (albeit with no COA), and appears to have never been displayed, with only slight wear to the box itself.
