ANTIQUE CAMERON'S FINEST GRADE *BLUE* HUMIDOR TOBACCO TIN (119)This Cameron & Cameron tin is in great condition (8) complete with latch and dome ring, but has some paint loss. Displays nicely especially when placed next to its matching humidors also listed.WxHxD: 6.50 x 5.00 x 4.50This week I’m listing a collection of Cameron & Cameron humidor-style tins. The company was formed in 1870 by brothers - Alexander, George and William in Petersburg, VA. By 1890 (when it w...as sold to the American Tobacco Company ATC) it was the largest tobacco manufacturer in the United States. After the break-up of the ATC in 1911 the Cameron & Cameron name (and brands) was transferred to Liggett & Myers where it remained in use until the 1930's.(source: Library of Virginia)Please see pictures for the best illustration of the condition.
